Pear Juice


I bought a huge bag of pears from Costco and when I got home I had no idea what to do with them. I decided to experiment and make pear juice. So far this is my favourite pear juice combination that I have come up with so far!

2 Pears
4 Pineapple Wedges
1 Inch Ginger

Run cut fruits and veggies through the juice, scoop off the foam and enjoy.

Some of the health benefits include:

  1. Pears are rich in vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E, niacin, folic acid, phosphorus, potassium, copper, calcium, iron, and magnesium.
  2. Pineapples are packed with vitamins and enzymes and has many health benefits including anti-inflammatory, digestive aid, natural antioxidant, energy booster, and kidney health.
  3. Ginger’s positive effect on digestion is well-known but it’s also used to treat nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, colds, flu, headaches and coughing.
