I bought a huge bag of pears from Costco and when I got home I had no idea what to do with them. I decided to experiment and make pear juice. So far this is my favourite pear juice combination that I have come up with so far!
2 Pears
4 Pineapple Wedges
1 Inch Ginger
Run cut fruits and veggies through the juice, scoop off the foam and enjoy.
Some of the health benefits include:
- Pears are rich in vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E, niacin, folic acid, phosphorus, potassium, copper, calcium, iron, and magnesium.
- Pineapples are packed with vitamins and enzymes and has many health benefits including anti-inflammatory, digestive aid, natural antioxidant, energy booster, and kidney health.
- Ginger’s positive effect on digestion is well-known but it’s also used to treat nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, colds, flu, headaches and coughing.
