Wow who would have thought, a healthy way to get my chocolate fix that includes both fruits and veggies. I admit I was a bit skeptical about how this would taste good but it tastes a but like a chocolate milkshake with a but of tang from the cherries. I think I’ve found my favourite smoothie.
2 cups spinach
1 cup almond milk
1 cup cherries, pitted and frozen
1 banana, frozen
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1 1/2 Tbl cacao powder
Optional:
1 Tbl coconut oil
Handful goji berries
1-2 Tbl vega one powder
Blend spinach and milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
