Cassava Cake


Yes, I do realize that this cake does not help my diet at all! However….. it’s really easy to make and tastes so good. But you can’t eat a lot because it’s so rich. So share.

2 Packs of grated cassava
1/2 Can condensed milk
1 Can coconut milk
1 Can evaporated milk (or not dairy milk)
2 Eggs
1/2 Brown sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/4 Cup Butter
Pinch of salt

Mixing the Cake:
Preheat oven to 325° f.

In a large bowl, combine the 2 packs of grated cassava, evaporated milk, condensed milk, sugar, coconut milk, coconut sport, salt, vanilla and margarine. Beat eggs and add into the mixture, mix thoroughly until even in consistency. Pour into a 9×13 greased rectangular pans. If it has settled before you put into the oven, make sure you stir the contents first.

Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour or until top is golden brown.
