Who knew it was so easy to make a Wendy’t frosty. It’s not exactly the same, but it’s close! All the recipes on the internet that I found for this was in gallons and ounces. I had to convert every measurement, such a pain! So I decided to add it to my website in measurements that were easy to calculate.
Ingredients:
1/4 can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup Cool Whip
4 cups chocolate milk

It’s important to mix all these ingredients BEFORE pouring into the ice cream maker.
In a large bowl pour the condensed milk in. Slowly pour the milk into the bowl constantly stirring so that the condensed milk gets evenly incorporated. Add the whipped cream and whisk. Pour the mixture into the already running ice cream maker and wait 20-30 minutes.
