1 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 avocado
1 inch piece of ginger
2 handfuls of greens (like spinach, kale, cilantro, parsley)
1 cup water or coconut water
Optional:
1 tsp spirulina
1 pkg instant ginsing
1 tsp hemp or chia seeds
In a blender add the water, greens and ginger until liquid. Add pineapple, avocado and optional items if you are using them. Blend until smooth.
