A friend brought this over to my house and I couldn’t stop eating it. They were so addictive I brought the leftovers to work the next day ate the entire bag.
3 1/2 cups Honey Nut Chex™ cereal
3 1/2 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
1 cup pretzels
3 cups plain popcorn, popped
1 Earth Balance baking stick (6 Tbs margarine/butter)
2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp seasoning salt
1/2 tsp chili seasoning
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Melt Earth Balance, stir in Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In an un-greased large roasting pan, melt butter in the oven.
Stir in Chex cereals, mixed nuts, pretzels, and bagel chips until coated.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
Spread on baking tray until cooled.
Store in an airtight container.
Optional:
1 cup bugles
1 cup bite-size bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces
1 cup goldfish crackers
